What are your candles made from?
Our candles are made with 100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. We do not use paraffin wax, which is petroleum-based and can produce more soot. Soy wax burns cleaner and slower, creating a longer-lasting, more enjoyable candle experience. Each candle is hand poured in small batches with care and attention to quality.
Why do you use soy wax in your candles?
We choose 100% soy wax because it allows us to use the highest fragrance load possible, giving our candles a strong, long-lasting scent. Soy wax burns cleaner and slower than many other waxes, like paraffin, and it holds fragrance oils better than beeswax or other natural waxes. This means you get a rich, full aroma that fills your space, along with a clean and enjoyable burn.
Can you tell me more about your candle fragrances?
We use fragrance oils that are free from harmful chemicals commonly found in mass-produced candles. They are formulated without organ toxins, acute toxins, phthalates, CMRs (carcinogens, mutagens, or reproductive toxins), or ingredients on the California Prop 65 list. Many customers who are sensitive to traditional candle fragrances find our scents less irritating and less likely to cause headaches, while still providing a clean, long-lasting, and enjoyable aroma for your home.
Why do you use cotton wicks in your candles?
We use 100% cotton wicks because they burn evenly and consistently, helping our candles create a full melt pool for optimal fragrance release. Cotton wicks are easy to maintain, burn clean with minimal soot, and are free of lead and zinc, supporting a non-toxic, high-quality candle experience. Compared to other wicks, like wood wicks, cotton wicks allow us to maximize fragrance throw and ensure consistent performance in our soy wax candles.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 8 ounce single wick candles burn about 50–60+ hours, and our 16.5 ounce double wick candles burn about 90–100 hours. Times may vary depending on wick trimming, burn length, and environment. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt fully to the edges for best results.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick before each burn, burn until the wax reaches the edges to avoid tunneling, and keep your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, and pets.
Orders & Payments
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process orders as quickly as possible, typically shipping within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier, with an approximate range of 1–7 business days. Please note that shipping speed is determined by the carrier, but we do our best to get your order to them promptly.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if your provide your email. Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking number via email.
What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We ship orders using the address provided at the time of purchase and are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only.
